Status: Permanent, Full Time (1.0 FTE)
Salary range: $103,689.18 - $108,799.42 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience. Changes to $107,836.74 - $113,151.39 from July 1, 2025.

About You: The successful candidate will require:
- A degree in urban and regional planning (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years’ experience in statutory and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
- Experience with development applications, scheme amendments, structure plans, and policy development.
- FPA Level 1 Bushfire Assessor certification (desirable).
