Status: Two Permanent Part-time positions available (46.5 & 30 hours per fortnight).
Salary range: Level 3.1 - 3.4 ($69,662.07 - $74,002.53 pro rata) dependent on experience, skills and knowledge.

Opportunity: The Albany Heritage Park is seeking experienced, passionate and customer focused individuals to fulfill the role of Visitor Experience Officer.
In this role, you will report directly to the Team Leader – NAC Operations. Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Providing outstanding customer service to visitors and customers of the Albany Heritage Park;
- Preparing the Forts Store or National Anzac Centre for daily visitation and operation;
- Performing retail and ticket sales;
- Providing general tourism information to visitors of Albany;
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required ; and
- Undertake Duty Manager shifts at Level 4.1 as required.
About You: To be successful in this role, applicants will need strong interpersonal skills, a background in customer service, solid administrative capabilities, and familiarity with Albany and its attractions.
