Opportunity: The Albany Visitor Centre is looking for passionate and people focused individuals to take up the role of Casual Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Albany Visitor Centre Coordinator, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience for visitors to Albany;
- Providing information, tour and accommodation booking services;
- Undertaking relevant administrative duties and basic marketing associated with providing a booking and information service to visitors; and
- Performing daily open/close procedures.
About You: Essential to this customer facing role are excellent communication and interpersonal skills, computer and administration experience, along with a passion for the Albany region and helping people. The ability to work weekends is also a requirement.
