Salary range: $73,454.91 - $77,202.66 per annum dependent on skills, qualifications and experience. $76,393.10 - $80,290.77 from July 1, 2025.

Job Description

Opportunity: The Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre (ALAC) is looking for a passionate and customer focused individual to join their Aquatics Team as a Duty Manager.

Reporting to the Aquatics supervisor, this role will see you responsible for providing supervision to the Lifeguards under direction by the Aquatics Supervisor, maintaining a clean and safe centre for patrons and working across ALAC to provide friendly and professional customer experience. 

Desired Skills and Experience

About You: Candidates will be required to have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, the ability to supervise a small team, sound knowledge of pool operations and WHS and well-developed time management skills.

The Duty Manager role requires a Pool Operators and First Aid certification. Previous experience as a Duty Manager is highly desirable.
