Job Description

Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Customer Service Team is seeking a proactive, friendly, experienced, and customer-focused individual to join us as a Customer Service Officer.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming first point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and providing cashiering and telephonist services for the City.

About You: To succeed in this customer-facing role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should be a team player with strong computer literacy and numeracy abilities.
