Salary range:          $81,435.53 per annum, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.

Job Description

Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Trades Team is looking for a qualified Carpenter to join an established team and take up the role of Qualified Tradesperson – Carpenter.

Reporting to the Trades Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Maintenance of City of Albany owned or managed buildings, properties and bridges.
  • Conducting scheduled inspections and routine maintenance on a daily basis.
  • Performing other duties as directed by Trades Supervisor/Leading Hand including the reinstatement of the work site.
