Job Description

The City of Albany’s Aquatics Team is looking for an experienced and qualified individual to take up the role of Aquatics Supervisor. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Supervise, coach, and develop the aquatics team that are responsive to customer needs and create a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Be responsible for effective rostering of Aquatic staff in line with relevant City policies.
  • Assist with scheduled works, and perform minor plant maintenance.
  • Monitor and provide input to the Aquatics budget whilst adhering to KPI’s

Desired Skills and Experience

You will be a customer focused individual with previous experience in the aquatic industry, or similar role at a supervisory level. The successful candidate will also need well-developed communication skills, a high level of safety practices, a current Pool Lifeguard Certificate, and knowledge of pool plant operations.
